It’s something I’ve been working on. Recognizing the urge to fix myself, and sit with whatever feelings of shame come up without looking at it as something that needs to be changed or removed.
Re: community, it’s clear that the communities that are available to us in western society lack the depth and connectivity that indigenous tribes have. Especially with the decline of religion. Would be curious to hear more about what you think we can learn from indigenous to make our communities more meaningful.
