Meditation - riding the wave of transformation in these difficult times (Zoom call Wed. 10AM PST)
I have remained mostly silent on social networks and in this newsletter for these past several months. I have been engaged in deep self work in the Amazon forest (above photo is the Yawanawà village where I stayed) and integration. Now I finally feel like the time has come for me to reconnect with all of you.
As we can all see and feel, there are profound changes happening right now. This is not just a temporary setback before everything goes “back to normal”. The game is changing, new rules are being written. If we want to play a significant part in the creative force that’s redefining how we live on this planet, then it is more important than ever that we use all of the tools at our disposal to become more connected to each other, even through the physical distancing, and equally as importantly, connected to ourselves.
Meditation has been a great tool for me throughout the years. I feel it is a powerful practice in these times of confinement and so I’d like to invite you to share a short meditation followed by a conversation on Zoom.
Please join on Zoom:
Soren Gordhamer, founder of Wisdom 2.0 conference,
Kim Riccelli, founder of AMZ.bio,
Magdalena Sartori, founder of The Ashram Studio and myself on Zoom
This upcoming Wednesday 4/8 at 10AM Pacific Time, 1 PM noon Eastern Time and 19h CET (Paris) time (add it to your Google Calendar)
After the short meditation, we will talk about the transformational tools available to help us understand this changing world. Let’s explore together the possibilities.
I am planning this as a weekly series of Zoom calls, a newsletter and possibly podcasts.
I thought meditation was a natural tool to start us off as it is available to everyone, everywhere.
I would like to open a conversation about how we transform and get to know ourselves in a deeper way to all forms of spirituality and create a better self. We want to relearn ancient technologies and feature them online and at the PAWA event happening in November in San Francisco (initially planned for March of this year).
Today, thousands of people died as the U.S. financial markets soared: the disconnect between our system and nature has never been so poignant. I believe we cannot just wait for this crisis to end and go back to what we were doing before the same way.
We need to change our habits and changing ourselves is the most efficient first step.
I hope you can join us this upcoming Wednesday at 10AM Pacific Time.
Feel free to join our PAWA whatsapp group if you want more direct updates on these zoom calls and future events.
With much love,
