Hi everyone, I will write and email mostly to this newsletter’s paid subscribers for a while.

I feel like sharing more with a small group. What I am writing is a bit intimate, too. I also uninstalled Twitter and Instagram from my iPhone. I check them only now and then from my Mac, and I feel much better this way.

The world is so challenging these days, so many people are suffering. We can all feel it.

As you know by now, I am writing about my many conscious or “spiritual” experiences to know myself better and hopefully become a better human being.

These days, I am telling the story of how I started working with a Lakota indigenous master who put me alone on a mountain under heavy hail and snow. I went through my fears. I froze and turned purple. I feel like I almost died. Some parts of me died for sure. That was my first vision quest.

I am only getting started sharing these stories.

I believe in this work, and I work on sharing it with anyone who trusts that what I share is true, who might not know of these practices and is curious about them, and who might decide to go through them in the future.

The best ancient wisdom guides I know have no money and work from donations. With the revenue from this newsletter, I can help them in many ways with tools, getting more people to participate, or helping them better myself.
