Addiction holes are traps.
We can fall in them and keep trying to fill them in with coffee, tobacco, alcohol, dangerous or extreme sports, combat martial arts, too much work etc.
Problem is they do not fill-in, they keep getting bigger.
Some addiction holes simply cannot be filled-in. We just need to become aware of them and live with them all our lives. We also need to become aware that there is no practice that will fill them in. We can give them as much as we want of anything, they will not disappear.
