Everything is better than zero

I really like Gary's advice in this video, if you are serious about building something, build it piece by piece, link by link, post by post, anything is better than zero. Don't think you are too big for anything. Gary describes how he had a $50 million wine business and nobody gave a shit on the web, it took him huge time and efforts but he made it.

I would add that Gary is extremely focused on one topic and one domain, which he does not insist on in the video. I think that is another golden rule, is be extremely good at doing something that may look tiny and win over the competition and get traction.
