Love my MacBook Air except the battery time

Robert says love is growing around the new MacBook Air. I loved mine until I realized that if you leave it at night in sleep mode the battery gets half empty (I have the SSD) and up to now I never reached more than two hours up time there must be something wrong.

Everything else I love but the battery time if totally disappointing and to say the truth annoying. I hope that is a problem with mine that I can get fixed… I was scared it would be a slow machine for example and it is not slow at all. The webcam video quality and mic noise are not as good as on the MacBook Pro but they are acceptable. I travel so light it is a pleasure, if I could only now fix this battery issue. update: not only does it not stay on very long, it takes significantly much longer than the MacBook Pro to charge. I would say almost twice as much time needed. It can take up to 9 hours to charge the MBA.
