Who should I pick for the business class / LeWeb3 ticket ?

Hey friends, below the tweets I received for the contest.... Difficult to pick... can you help ?

@ledretch convinced me I should really pick someone who would never have the means to come in any case
let's narrow down the criteria. a girl who would never have the means to come and who would +really+ like to. A student maybe
obviously in or nearby New York or who could make it there as the flight is from NY

@aliciamk who qualified as a student with no means to go to the conference, girl because we do not have enough, following me on twitter and blog for years (thanks!), and who committed to video blog her trip to share with everybody.
