LeWeb3 passed 1200 participants and a free business class ticket + free LeWeb3 ticket to one of my twitter follower

I am amazed that we just passed 1200 participants this year. Check our program, workshop program and startup competition. You can still join us but be fast before we shift to our last minute pricing on wednesday night (dec 5th), 1250 EUR before tax.

Leweb35

To celebrate, I will offer a free L'Avion business-class ticket (L'Avion is a sponsor, a business class only airline from New-York to Paris) and a free ticket to LeWeb3 (more than $4000 value) to one of my twitter follower.

Lavion

Please direct message (only) me on my twitter in less than 140 characters why you should win that plane and participation ticket to LeWeb3, make sure also you can take the (non flexible, non changeable) flight on December 9th New-York to Paris, LeWeb3 on Dec 11th and 12th and return ticket Paris NY on December 13th all in business class ! You will only have to find a hotel, and there are plenty of choices in Paris. Please do not try to win it to sell it on Ebay as we will need one name to give to L'Avion and that should be the name of the winner.

You can participate until thursday evening (the 6th) San Francisco time (PST), only by twitter direct message, thanks.

update: I will follow anybody adding me on Twitter, if you already follow me and I don't, unfollow me and follow me again I will add you when notified. Thanks.

Wish I could go!! Hey Loic, don't forget to create a twitter account for LeWeb3 so those of use who can't go can pretend like we're there. Oh, and seesmic all of it. Every ten minutes, another seesmic please.

Great iniative. Specialy for poor young entrepreneurs (not yet funded) based in the US. Would be nice to go. Wish me luck.

Hi Loic,

I know you have the best of intentions, but it's really difficult to give something away these days without potentially running afoul of gambling regulations. I am not a lawyer, but I'd be afraid to run a contest without one.

Tres sympa!
Je suis sur Boston! Aller a Paris la semaine prochaine me convient... I could do a great video reportage and post it on my blog.
I follow Loic on twitter look for Tiil or Philippe Lejeune

Hi Loic

This past week Im grateful to say the French press caught wind of my startup. I am honored by their kind words and the recognition they have bestowed upon Sleep.FM - The Social Alarm Clock.

It would a great opportunity to meet with some of my French users and experience the European startup world.

Thank you,

So you're not picking the lucky winner until Thursday... I hope the airfare between SFO and JFK doesn't go through the roof between now and then.

About

Welcome to my blog. Based in San Francisco, I am an entrepreneur and a blogger. I just started my fifth startup, Seesmic, a community driven video social software. Here is what TechCrunch says about it.

I am blogging every day a video on loic.tv about (almost) everything I do as I start Seesmic, I also constantly post short thoughts to twitter and often my pictures on Flickr.

I also organize every year in Paris the conference LeWeb3 that gathers more than a thousand bloggers and entrepreneurs from 40 countries on Dec 11 and 12.

If you would like to learn more, here is a bio, my LinkedIn profile, my wikipedia pages in english and french. Sometimes they are subject to changes that do not always reflect what I consider the truth but that is the principle.

You may also want to subscribe to my RSS feeds in English, French or my video podcast feed.
