Started running again and it feels really good
Last week, I have run three times 50 minutes and today again 45 minutes. I believe have run about 6 to 7 kilometers and I felt really good about it. I don't have much experience even though I do a lot of sport (mainly kite surfing) and would like to learn a bit what kind of progress I can expect, if I should know anything special... Are there any good blogs or sites about running I should know about ?
I have a Suunto X6HR watch that gives me my heart rate in real time with a wireless transmitter, I averaged about 145 per minute during the training, is that good, high or low ? Should I aim at a lower rate at the same speed ? Will that evolve as I keep doing it on a regular basis ?
